Wizards FC is a football club created by a group of football loving Ex-Cadets in November, 2010. Though this club was created by ex-cadets but it has its door open for all football players & football lovers
of the country. It’s a football club where quality is the prime
concern. Till now the club is playing in the non-professional leagues
& tournaments in Dhaka city. But in near future it’ll surely enhance its run to the professional arena.
Till now this club has participated in various tournaments and the glorious wizards of this club has brought many joyous occasions. The astonishing fact is that, Wizards FC became runner up in the very first tournament it had participated. After that it consistently performed well.
The members of Wizards FC are spread all over Dhaka. As many of them are ex-cadets, they are admitted in different universities all over Bangladesh. They are studying in Medical, EEE, CSE, CE, ME, AE, BBA, Journalism, Sociology, Economics, ACCA etc. subjects. We have also players from BD Army, Navy & Air Force officers. So a variety of graduating students are found in Wizards FC. Only for the sake of playing football together these players gather every weekend for practices, friendly matches, Tournaments etc. We usually play in the following areas, viz: Uttara RAB-1 Field, Samorik Jadughar Field, Dhanmondi Abahani Field, MIST field, BUET field, Banani SWAT field, Army stadium Field etc.
